Sheridan Commission OK’s Outlaw Subdivision Preliminary Plat

The Outlaw Commercial Park Subdivision Preliminary Plat was considered by the Sheridan County Commission on Tuesday.

According to County Planner Mark Reid, J2 Inc. applied for a subdivision permit for land located east of Sheridan on US Highway 14, proposing seven commercial lots between 0.44 and 1.92 acres.

He gave more details on the application.

Rex Randall with Randall Engineering was asked about the change in the plat the company designed for their client.

Commissioners Nick Siddle and Holly Jennings spoke in favor of the project, saying it would be a welcome addition to the community.
