Clearmont Historical Group Plans Veteran’s Day Program

On Monday Nov. 11, the Clearmont Historical Group will hold their annual Veterans Day Program. The program will begin at 1:15 at the Clear Creek Valley Veterans Memorial, then at 1:30 the program will continue at the Clearmont Community Center.

Guest speakers from three branches of the military will share their stories, as well as other speakers. There will be a display of military items as well.

According to Sandy Hirz, Clearmont Historical Center, “The music teacher is setting up students at the Community Center and will also have someone to play Taps at the Veteran’s Memorial.”

Everyone is invited to come and honor our veterans on Veteran’s Day. Refreshments will be served after the program.
