City Administrator Discusses Housing Development Firm

During the Council Comments and Committee Board Reports section of the latest Sheridan City Council business meeting, City Administrator Stu McRae reported to the Council and Mayor Rich Bridger that he recently took part in a remote meeting with a housing development firm.

According to their website, Hillpointe is a fully integrated real estate development and investment management firm focused on workforce housing. They currently are the 5th largest multi-family developer in the U.S. with attainable workforce housing units throughout nine states.
