Aaron PalmerWith Wyoming’s General Election happening Tuesday, Sheridan County Clerk & Recorder Eda Schunk Thompson gave an update on voting numbers in the county as of Monday morning.
She reported that just over 39% of Sheridan County voters had voted as of Monday.
Current registered voters were at 15,907 in Sheridan County.
Early voting room votes were at 4,168.
Absentee Ballots sent out were 2,116 with 1,886 returned. Twenty-three ballots were still outstanding.
Voters in Sheridan County have the opportunity to vote in person at the various polling places throughout the county, with the locations open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
