Jo Co Commission Sends Letter Backing Rezone for Housing

At their last regular meeting Johnson County’s Commissioners discussed approving sending a letter backing a rezone requested by a downtown business.

Chairman Bill Novotny explained further.

According to discussions at the meeting, 4th on Main is applying for the rezone to have residential units in their currently unused upstairs area of the restaurant.

The commission voted to approve their letter backing the rezone request.
