Liquor License Transfer Approved by Buffalo Council

A retail liquor license transfer request has been approved by the Buffalo City Council.

A request was made by DJ’s Liquor Store, LLC d/b/a DJ’s Liquor Store to transfer the license to Fort Kaz, LLC d/b/a DJ’s Liquor Store.

Mayor Shane Schrader convened the council into a public hearing in the matter, but no public comment was offered at that time.

The council, after closing the public hearing, voted unanimously to approve the liquor license transfer.

Later in the meeting Mayor Schrader made an announcement concerning One-Percent Funds.

Other announcements included the City/County meeting scheduled for January 16 at 7 a.m., the next City Council meeting January 16 at 5 p.m., and the Planning & Zoning Board meeting on January 23 at 1 p.m.
