Buffalo Council Approves Liquor License Applications
Buffalo’s City Council approved two liquor license applications during their Tuesday regular meeting.
The licenses were originally scheduled to be approved at the council’s April 4 meeting, but the council took no action.
The Bar & Grill Liquor License was being pursued by J Johnso Corp. d/b/a Rosie’s Cafe; and by RB Dreams, LLC d/b/a Pie Zano’s; while the Retail Liquor license held by Pie Zanos was planned to be transferred to Buffalo Land & Property, LLC (Bond’s Brewing Company) if the Bar & Grill License was awarded to Pie Zanos.
At Tuesday’s meeting, Councilman Scott Madsen made the motions to award the Bar & Grill Liquor License to Pie Zanos and to transfer their Retail Liquor License to Bond’s Brewing Company.
He explained his reason for the motion to award the Bar & Grill License to Pie Zanos.
After the meeting, Mayor Shane Schrader explained that more liquor licenses will be available in the city as of July 1, and the other hopefuls can apply for those at that time.
The Wyoming Legislature approved additional liquor licenses to municipalities across the state during the 2023 legislative session.
