County to Vacate Lodore Gardens Alley Easement

Sheridan County has approved a Notice of Intent to vacate a platted public right-of-way in Lot 2 of the Lodore Gardens Subdivision in Sheridan County.

During the recent county commission meeting, County Engineer Ken Muller, who was appointed as the viewer in the matter, explained the proposal further.

Muller finished by saying he saw no harm to issue the Notice of Intent, and asked the commission to do so.
