Registration for YMCA Day Camps opens April 12

The Sheridan County YMCA will offer it’s Day Camp registration for members on April 12, non member registration opens April 18. 

YMCA Day Camps offer parents an alternative to traditional child care services while offering children a camping experience during the daylight hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. 

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Sheridan County YMCA Executive Director Liz Cassiday told listeners about some of the activities children can take part in while attending the Day Camps. 

While keeping kids engaged and learning outdoor activities the Day Camps also provide parents the ability to meet other day to day obligations and appointments the child may require, such as dental and eye appointments. Cassiday said.
