Chamber Announces People’s Choice Lighting and Decorating Contest Winners

The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce announced this year’s winners of the People’s Choice Lighting and Decorating Contest.  First place went to On the Rocks Jewelry at 121 North Main Street. The second place winner was Wyoming Rehab at 135 North Gould Street. Voting began on Stroll day, November 24 and closed Sunday, December 3. The winners were selected online by the public.

Chamber CEO Dixie Johnson congratulated this year’s winners and thanked all of the businesses that participated and all those who voted. Johnson added that the businesses went all out again this year in making Sheridan festive for the holidays with the ‘Candy Cane Christmas Stroll’ theme. On the Rocks received $100 in Chamber Bucks, a blue ribbon and a certificate. Wyoming Rehabilitation Clinic received $50 in Chamber Bucks, a red ribbon and a certificate.
