Two men pleaded guilty and two others not guilty in justice court this afternoon to a charge of stealing and killing a steer belonging to the Spear Brothers Cattle Company.
Two men are being held as accomplices in the attempted burglary of the Denio residence Sunday morning. Confessions were secured from the men last night.
A. C. Evans, chairman of the board of Sheridan county commissioners, was the lowest bidder on the two concrete bridges which the state highway department is constructing in Campbell county on the Custer Battlefield Hiway.
Homer Tryon of Arvada is spending the day in Sheridan.
