Thomas Warax

Thomas Edward Warax was born on July 18, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois to Bert and Jean Warax.  He grew up and went to school in Iola, Wisconsin, and graduated from Iola High School with the class of 1977.  Tom was an operating engineer and belonged to the Local 139 Operators Union. He was married on April 18, 1984, in Gillette, Wyoming to Jennifer Zaremba and they made their home in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin where Tom was an equipment operator.  In 2012 they moved to Buffalo, Wyoming to care for his Mother Jean Warax.  Tom retired in 2015 and continued living in Buffalo until his death.

Tom was a member of Operators Union Local 139.  He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping in the Big Horns. He loved doing for others and building.  His passion was spending time with his family and many friends. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Jennifer of Wild Rose, Wisconsin; two brothers, Dave Warax of Buffalo and Bob Warax and his wife Leslie of Rapid City, South Dakota; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister-in-law Jeane Warax.
