James Poe Castberg, 90, formerly of Powell, WY, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at Sheridan VAMC Mountain View Living.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, on September 2, 2023, at Crown Hill Cemetery in Powell, Wyoming.
