Spring Events Highlight Culture and Bird Walk at Fort Phil Kearny
Fort Phil Kearny State Historic Site will host two public events in late May, offering opportunities to explore regional history and be part of a cultural celebration.
While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, State Historic Sites Site Superintendent Sharie Mooney Shada invited the public to the Cheyenne Powwow, scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday, May 23.

The following Thursday at 9 a.m. May 28, a bird walk will take place at the Interpretive Center, with a $4 admission fee for adults and free entry for children.
