Chamber Celebrates Refurbishment of Rotary Locomotive Park

The Chamber celebrated the refurbishment of Rotary Locomotive Park with an Ambassadors’ ribbon cutting on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024. The park is located on Broadway Street across from the Historic Sheridan Inn. Improvements to the park included the removal of a chain link fence, landscaping, the All American Indian Days Memorial, new security cameras, installation of flood lamps and electrical outlets, new interpretive signage and for the locomotive, front and rear lights connected, new glass installed in the cab and installation of the original bell, whistle and front train lights.
