The Wyoming Game and Fish are urging hunters to be “a good witness”
Hundreds of poaching and hunting violations occur in Wyoming each year. While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Game and Fish Public Information Specialist Christina Schmidt encouraged hunters heading into the field to report violations if they witness them.

Schmidt said hunters should not confront individuals they suspect of breaking the law. Instead, she recommends writing down details such as descriptions of people, vehicles and license plates, the time of the incident, and what was observed.
According to Schmidt, many wildlife crimes are solved with the help of the public, and tips can even be reported later if someone hears or learns of something that may be illegal. Reports can be made through the STOP Poaching Hotline at 877-WGFD-TIP.

Until poacher scum is afraid of EVERY PICKUP that comes over the ridge, they will continue to steal/spoil. I will sure turn them in AND testify…..
