Sheridan Commission OKs Amended Declaration of Double Eagle Condominium Owners Association

After approving the updated bylaws concerning the Double Eagle Condominium Owners Association, the Sheridan County Commission then considered approving an amended and restated declaration of Double Eagle Condominiums Owners Association.

County Administrative Assistant Cameron Duff explained the need for the amended document.

The commission voted to approve the amended and restated declaration for the homeowners association.
