No New COVID-19 Cases in Sheridan County

No variances are being considered locally within the state’s current health orders with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the number of COVID-19 cases in Sheridan County remains at 12, with all cases recovered.

According to a release from the Sheridan County incident Management Team, as soon as the state releases amended orders and further guidance, Sheridan County Public Health and County Health officer Dr. Ian Hunter will carefully review and evaluate the need for any variances within Sheridan County.

Dr. Hunter said Monday the efforts and sacrifices of Sheridan County residents have helped slow the spread of the virus in the county. He added people need to stay vigilant and continue to follow the recommended guidelines and state orders.
