Jo Co Commission Approves Documents for CMAQ Project

Johnson County’s Commissioners considered documents associated with this year’s Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) project, as explained by County Road and Bridge Supervisor Scott Pehringer.

Pehringer said the project would be going to bid shortly.

County Deputy Attorney Barry Crago reviewed the documents and had no issues with the chairman signing them.

The commission voted to allow Chairman Bill Novotny to sign the CMAQ documents.
