Sheridan Media Announces Kevin Koile as Sports Director

Sheridan Media’s General Manager, Bob Grammens, has announced the appointment of Kevin Koile as Sports Director, succeeding Trevor Jackson who passed away suddenly in November 2023.

Koile brings over two decades of experience to the role, with a distinguished, award-winning career.

His significant contributions to various media outlets include work with KGWN-TV (CBS) and KCWY-TV (NBC) in Casper.

Koile joined Sheridan Media in June 2021 as a sports reporter and skilled videographer, capturing memorable moments in Wyoming high school sports history.

“Kevin played a pivotal role in reshaping high school sports coverage through his work with Wyopreps.com,” stated Grammens. “His innovative approach, including the introduction of video highlights, revolutionized the way audiences engage with high school sports online.”

Kevin is a 1999 graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Broadcast Journalism from The Ohio State University.

He and his wife, Nikki, have two children.
