JCHC Ops. Mgr. Gives Staffing Report to Hospital Board

Johnson County Healthcare Center Director of Operations, Anna Carlson, spoke to the hospital board of trustees during their March meeting to update them on staffing at the facility.

Carlson praised the new dietary manager, Marisa Logan, that has been in the position for just 30 days and has made many positive changes to the department.

Carlson said the facility is focusing on hiring staff for dietary, housekeeping, and their Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) teams, and have seen a 61% reduction in vacancies in those positions in the last eight weeks.
