Sheridan Commission Extends Homeland Security Grant Award

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to extend a previously accepted grant award agreement between the county and the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security to support the investment in Inter-operable Emergency Communications, according to documents provided by the county.

County Emergency Management Coordinator Jesse Ludikhuize explained that the agreement is an extension of a previously approved grant award agreement, allowing the county to expend funds already awarded.

He gave details on what the funds will be used for.

The amount remaining for the program in $1,200 according to discussions.
