Sheridan Commission OK’s Amendment on Double Eagle Property

Amendment #2 to the Double Eagle Condominium Association Declaration was brought before and discussed by the Sheridan County Commission.

At their last regular meeting, the commission was informed by County Administrative Director Cameron Duff that the agreement was originally created in 2010 concerning the property on Double Eagle Drive that contains COMPASS Center for Families and Impact 307.

He explained what the amendment does with the ownership of the property.

The commission voted to approve and accept the amendment.
