Sheridan County Accepts COVID-19 MOU

Sheridan County has accepted a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with the Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division, concerning COVID-19 vaccination activities.

County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explained the need for the MOU.

Obermueller said she didn’t anticipate that the county would utilize the entire $397,429 in funds, but it is available in case of another COVID outbreak, and will help the county by not having to apply for grants every six months to a year.

The funding is available for county use through June 30, 2024.
