Renovation work continues at the Sheridan County Airport terminal, and when it’s done a couple of businesses will soon move in.

The Sheridan County Commissioners have approved two leases.

The first is for 0.41 acres, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and utilizing an Executive hangar for the express purpose of hangaring aircraft owned by Ryan Underwood, RLU Holdings LLC.

The lease is for 30 years, and the rental rate is set for $4,500 per year, or $375 per month, which can be increased per the Wyoming Cost of Living Index.

The other is for 153 square feet of counter space inside the terminal building, for ROVAR LLC, which is doing business as both Avis Rent a Car and Budget Car Rentals.

The company will move in once the baggage expansion project is completed and will pay the county for a little more than $2,300 per month for the lease.

Renovation work within the terminal has been going on since summer of last year.
