Sheridan HS Football: Trust can go a long way if you give it a chance.
When the High School Football season started, Sheridan only had 1 starter back from the year before.
That one was senior lineman Bridger Peldo, who as far as the line goes, was the anchor of that unit.
He says adjusting to having new teammates this year wasn’t all that hard, because he already had experience playing with them before.
Peldo was recently an all-state unanimous selection as an offensive lineman.
Sheridan HS Volleyball: Sheridan did a lot more than take baby steps to show how improved this year’s team was compared to the past few years.
Not only did the Lady Broncs make it to the state tournament for the first time since 2016, they walked out with the 3rd place trophy.
The season did not get off to a great start at the Cheyenne, Gillette and Casper Invitationals, but Head Coach Dani Torpey says she could tell that the team was starting to turn things around.
Sheridan finished the 2024 season with a record of 23-14, which is their best record since 2015.
University of Wyoming Football: The Wyoming Cowboys have one game remaining on their 2024 schedule, but they will probably have to go back to their original man behind center for this game.
In last week’s loss to Boise State, during UW’s next to last drive of the first half, starting quarterback Kaden Anderson took a hit and would eventually go into concussion protocol.
Head Coach Jay Sawvel explains what happened.
Backup QB Evan Svoboda ended up finishing the game.
Sawvel says Andersen is between doubtful and questionable for this week’s season finale at Washington State.
University of Wyoming Basketball: The Wyoming Cowboys are on the court today in Cancun, Mexico to take on Tulane University.
Tip off is scheduled for 4pm and you can hear the game LIVE on AM 1410 KWYO and 106.9 FM.
Denver Nuggets Basketball: The Denver Nuggets lost last night at home vs. New York 145-118.
The Nuggets next game is tomorrow at Utah.
Colorado Avalanche Hockey: The Colorado Avalanche lost last night at Tampa Bay 8-2.
The Avs are back at home tomorrow vs. Las Vegas.
