Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved the holiday and other closures list for employees and county offices for the coming year.

Two closure days were added for the primary election on August 18^th and November 3^rd, which was explained by County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller.

She said County Clerk Eda Schunk Thompson had requested the closures to use county employees as election judges.

Schunk-Thompson explained the request further.

The holidays closures approved were forNew Year’s Day, Equality Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, Sheridan WYO Rodeo activities, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Employee Recognition Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and any other holiday proclaimed by the Sheridan County Commission.
