Governor Gordon Discusses Budget Session, Education on Let’s Talk Wyoming Podcast

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon  was recently interviewed by former state legislator Amy Edmonds of Cheyenne on the “Let’s Talk Wyoming” podcast. Edmonds, who hosts the podcast, raised the issue of misinformation and its potentially damaging impact on the state, as recently covered in the Governor’s “On Brand” online publication.

Gordon was also asked about how he’s navigated working with the Wyoming Freedom Caucus.

Gordon said education will be a vital component of the budget heading into next year’s legislative session.

The Governor and Edmonds’ discussion also covered Wyoming’s energy landscape and diversified energy portfolio, the value of federalism, and the necessity of tweaks to the National Environmental Protection Act.
