Buffalo Building Inspector/Planner Terry Asay, in his report to the city council, talked about subdivisions that are in various stages of approval, including the Bergner Subdivision and the Mather Peak Major Subdivision.

Asay said the Bergner Subdivision, which is a nine lot residential subdivision located on an approximate 9-acre parcel of land near Cloud Peak Elementary School is working through the conditions from the preliminary plat and may be on the agenda for the Planning & Zoning meeting this week.

He is also waiting on the county concerning the Mather Peak Major Subdivision, which is located on 86 acres between North Main Street and Airport Road.

Asay also reported that he has issued only nine building permits this month, and no new housing permits, saying he expected things to slow down in the fall.
