PUD Request Clears Final Hurdle

The Sheridan Ranch Planned Unit Development was given the green light by the City as third reading of ordinance of 2230 was approved by the Sheridan City Council this week. Community Development Director Wade Sanner says the PUD is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of 5th Street and Black Tooth Way.

Homes built in the Sheridan Ranch PUD will be between 1,300 and 1,900 square feet.  All units will have a full-sized finished garage with access onto Tin Cup Circle. Approximately 85 percent of the homes built in the subdivision will be single-story homes.
