Sheridan Commission Approves Easement Vacation

Sheridan County’s Commissioners reviewed the proposed vacation of the 20-foot wide utility, drainage, and construction easements centered on the lot lines common to Lots 1, 2, 4, and 5, Block AA, in the Powder Horn Ranch-2 PUD, Phase One Development.

County Planner Mark Reid explained the reason for the request by landowners Jonathan and Jennifer Scott during the recent county commission meeting.

The commission voted to approve the easements based on Planning and Zoning Commission and staff approval of the request.
