Sheridan Memorial Hospital Named Second Best In-State Hospital By Newsweek Magazine
Sheridan Memorial Hospital has been recognized by a national news organization for being one of the best in Wyoming in providing exceptional quality care and is in close proximity.
Newsweek Magazine named the hospital as the second best in-state facility for 2026, behind St. John’s Health Center in Jackson and ahead of the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
The magazine, through the global intelligence firm Statista, examined several categories including expanded hospital quality metrics, broader accreditation coverage, integration of prior-year expert recommendations and a stronger emphasis on care quality and Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROM).
