One Killed In Crash On I-90 Near Hardin, Montana
A Montana man is dead and 2 women were injured in a single vehicle rollover crash on I-90 near Hardin.
According to a Montana Highway Patrol report, sometime after 8pm on Monday (November 10th), the 57-year old Hardin man was driving his vehicle eastbound on I-90 near mile marker 488, which is about 7 miles west of Hardin, when he fell asleep.
A passenger woke the man, but then he lost control of the vehicle, overcorrected and drove into the median.
He then reentered the highway, overcorrected a second time, and drove into a ditch where the vehicle rolled multiple times.
The Patrol says the driver suffered fatal injuries and was not wearing his seat belt.
The 2 female passengers in the vehicle were wearing seat belts and were transported to a hospital to be treated for their injuries.
