Sheridan Commission OKs NOIs to Vacate on 15th Street
Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved to publish two Notices of Intent (NOI) to vacate Public Right-of-Ways in the Downer Addition.
The first is known as 15th Street adjacent to Lots 3 and 4 of Block 64 and Lots 1 and 15 of Block 65.
County Engineer Ken Muller explained his recommendation for approval of the vacation.
The second is known as 15th Street adjacent to Lots 1 and 13 of Block 62 and Lots 1 and 2 of Block 63.

Commissioner Nick Siddle explained that a Notice of Intent means the commission will look at the request and will give notice they intend to vacate, and give the public an opportunity to comment before a decision is made.
