City Gives OK for Light Up Buffalo Event

The annual Buffalo FFA Light Up Buffalo Event will be happening again this year, after the Buffalo City Council voted to approve variance requests needed to put the event on.

FFA members Brodie Hansen and Katie Rice came before the council at their last meeting to make the variance requests.

Buffalo Fire Chief Gomer Gammon had no problem with the display as long as weather conditions were favorable for the display.

The council approved the use of Prosinski Park and the variances to prohibited fireworks and noise for Saturday, December 7.
