The program challenges kids aged 11 and younger to read for 20 minutes five days a week. This year the Summer Reading program began earlier in June and will continue until the end of the month of July.
If kids missed the start date but wish to take the challenge, Shockley invites them to take on the challenge anytime during the course of the program.
