Sheridan Commission OKs White Lot Size Variance

A lot size variance request has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

During the commission’s regular meeting this week, County Planner Mark Reid explained that Jason and Shanna White applied for the variance from the minimum lot area zoning standards to permit reduction of Lot 3, Spirit Ridge Subdivision in Ranchester.

The request is to reduce the current 5-acre lot by 2.74 acres and to merge with Lot 5 at 2.26 acres.

Reid explained further.

No comment was offered during the public hearing, and the commission approved the request.
