During their regular meeting Tuesday, the Johnson County Commission considered Resolution No. 718, which was to amend the 2023-24 Budget.

The amendment added roughly $3,500 from the Wyoming State Auditor; $2,200 from the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation; just over $6,400 from the National Opioid Settlement Fund; $1,000 from the Wyoming Department of Health; roughly $22,000 from the Wyoming Department of Homeland Security; and about $71,000 from the Wyoming Department of Transportation’s Aeronautics Division.

With the additions, the total proposed change to the budget was nearly $106,000.

The commission voted to approve the budget amendment.
