Sheridan Commission OKs Rezone in Downer Addition

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a rezone request for Alexander C. Lee for a property in the Downer Addition in Sheridan County.
According to the Public Works Department’s Staff Report, the rezone request is for Lots 4 through 15 in Block 8, and Lots 4, 5, and 7 through 9 in Block 5, approximately 1.89 acres for a possible development.
Lee gave more details on his plans for the property once re-zoned.
After some discussion and questions for the developer, the commission voted to approve the rezone request.

How can they be so good at the ordinary and so lousy at the very Important tasks… like Filling a vacancy on the Board? Seems that would be a primary focus for the four failed commissioners.
Or maybe it was a major focus. It was just done behind the scenes and with the intent of blocking any Real Republican from sitting on the Board. What the Failed Four commissioners did was lose the Respect and Trust of the Good People of Sheridan County. The names of the Failed Four will forever be tainted by their lack of Integrity and Breaking of the Sacred Public Trust. Remember, the only thing we leave this Life with …. is our Honor and Good Name.
It’s still not to late for one of the four to come forward with the Truth. It may save their reputation.
