Governor orders flags to flown at half-staff in honor of Sgt. Krinkee

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon has ordered both the U.S and Wyoming flags to be lowered to half-staff immediately at the State Capitol and Sheridan County in honor and memory of Sheridan Police Department Sergeant Nevada Krinkee, who was killed in the line of duty on February 13.

Once a date of interment has been announced, the Governor’s office will send out an additional notification for flags to be lowered to half-staff statewide on that date. Flags will be returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment.
