JCHC Director of Operations On Staff Issues

During the last Johnson County Healthcare Center hospital board meeting the

new Director of Operations, Anna Carlson, gave an update on staff issues and hours.

She details the issues with staff.

Carlson said she is looking to change hours in other areas such as maintenance due to difficulties filling overnight positions in those departments.

They are looking to consolidate and stagger shifts to cover more hours but still have shifts during traditional day shift hours.

Carlson said the change is designed to make those positions more appealing.
