County Sheriff U. A. C. Thomas left on No. 41 this afternoon to bring a Wyola man back from Billings to Sheridan to stand trial for forging over $1,000 in checks.

E. S. Townsend came in to Sheridan this morning from his ranch at Beckton.

A. E. Upton, a wool buyer who lives at Buffalo, is spending the day in Sheridan.

Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Collins of Ucross are in Sheridan today attending to business matters.
