Kinskey Discusses Wyoming Outdoor Trust

State Senator Dave Kinskey (R-Sheridan, Johnson Counties), in his weekly talk with Sheridan Media from the legislative session, wanted to talk about a proposed trust that would benefit Wyoming Outdoors programs.

He said although he is in favor of the programs, he is against setting up another trust fund.

Kinskey said he is against the trust fund and more spending put on autopilot.

House Bill 74 passed third reading in Senate Tuesday, and was then received in the House for concurrence.

Kinskey was one of the votes for the bill in he Senate.
