County OKs NOI to Vacate Downers Addition Rights-of-Way

The Sheridan County Commission has approved publishing a Notice-of-Intent (NOI) to vacate alleyways in the Downers Addition Subdivision.

County Engineer Ken Muller was appointed by the commission to act as the viewer in the vacation petition.

Muller added that the alleyways have never been constructed and utilized as alleys, and that by looking at them there is no way to tell where they should be, except where the applicant has stakes from the surveyor he hired to find the right-of-way.
