The voting selection of “Stop sending billions of taxpayer dollars to countries that provide universal healthcare” is just another example of how ill-informed people are. Countries that offer free healthcare include the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Norway, Germany, France, Sweden, Brazil, South Korea, and Denmark. No, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Norway, Germany, France, Sweden, Brazil, South Korea, and Denmark do not receive aid from the USA, as they are considered donor countries that provide assistance to others.

ACCEPTING the accuracy of the above comment, I have watched an additional reality I believe is accurate. My parents spoke about the Korean War and WW2 which my father was in. Along the 73 years thus far, I have seen military disasters still ongoing. Our nation meddles all over the world.Yes.
However, being a veteran, NEVER, have I known or seen any foreign troops PROTECTING OUR NATION. Men and women of America have been stationed ALL OVER THIS GLOBE protecting those citizens. It is not too difficult to understand this cost of military protection and incursion, SPENT rather on healthcare WOULD change the comparisons. The only place our nation has had foreign troops on our land is the Aleutian Islands. which I have been there seeing the remnants.

There’s no such thing as: “Free healthcare”. Someone always pays either directly or thru taxes.

It is disgraceful to think that anyone can support such an ill mannered criminal that has done so much damage to our Democracy with all of his lies and manipulation.

Looking at the results show why Sheridan County is so red. Faux propaganda and misinformation is their go to news source.

Choices of “where do you get your news?” have a built in bias. RAV, OAN, and Newsmax should be included.

I really do like the choices . It will be hard to vote this year without a local paper . Maybe Billings or Casper will cover a little sheridan news . I want to know who of our people in sheridan county are so called Freedom Caucasus members . I WILL NOTE DEMOCRAT BEFORE FREEDOM CAUCASUS LEGISLATORS.

Go to some of the Democrat meetings. Many republicans’ with buyers remorse do already. they want to help get out of this Authoritarian mess.

Commenting on the justice department being given the drivers license and partial SSN number by the secretary of Wyoming State: This opinion is based on experience. Fly somewhere, drive to Canada, present your drivers license to whom or whatever many times. Drivers licenses are encrypted. There is NO PRIVACEY ANYWHERE and has not been for a long time. Anyone out there may have been hacked sometime, somewhere. Including myself. REALITY. Trusting Government, hilarious.

Without election integrity, our country is no better than a 3rd world banana Republik. Voter ID, proof of citizenship, paper ballots, in person voting, and same day results, are good starts!

Election integrity, of course, is important, but all the hand wringing and all the measures to address this non-problem are simply remedies in search of a problem. Documented instances of voter fraud are miniscule, especially considering the millions and millions of properly cast ballots in this country. Most such “corrective” measures simply end up making it more difficult for citizens to exercise their franchise. Rather, we should be making it easier for people to participate fully in this democracy, not restricting such participation.

Easier to vote, Harder to cheat. Pass the Save Act.

I am 75 years old and I can’t remember and election anywhere in this country when massive voter fraud was a problem. In the very few instances where voter fraud has been found it was Republicans. who were trying to influence the elections. Now we have a whole bunch of the in Congress trying to commit voter fraud by trying to restrict who can and can’t vote.

Does Chicago’s Mayor Dailey (D) come to mind as the master of all voter fraud. He invented machine (D) political vote manipulation and the democrat motto, “Vote early, vote often, even if you’re dead.”
BTW the first Iran Ayatollah is now a Democrat voter.

Where do you get your facts about Mayor Daley? Chicago Democrats under the Mayor made sure the poor and unemployed were taken care of, they made sure the people who didn’t have a way to get to the polling place so they could vote and go back home. A simple wiki search would tell you that the phrase “Vote early, vote often has been around since the 1850’s, and not just in the US. Richard J Daley made the city one of the greatest cities in the nation. We don’t need the SAVE act. Our elections are safe and secure. Republicans want the SAVE act so they can control who gets to vote because they know that without it they won’t win. That my friend is voter fraud and voter manipulation pure and simple.

Would Chuck Gray have been willing to hand over WY voter information if asked to do so by a Democrat President?

Our records should have remained State property – not passed to the Feds.

      February 13, 2026 at 11:52 am (Edit)

Concerning the actions of Chuck Gray, I believe it to be more of the Republicans over reach. Funny how they say they want less Government and then go full NAZI on us. No they want total control on all of us and that is not freedom. That is not what our country is supposed to be about. The biggest threat to our country right now is the Republican party in it’s current state.

I have a commuter electric Mini Cooper that charges at home. New, it cost less than $24,000. In four years, I’ve had no maintenance costs. At $3.50/gallon of gas, I’m getting the equivalent of 160 mpg. Most importantly, it helps the environment.

Does the environment really need our “help?” Think it did just fine before we showed up and will be alright after we’re gone.
    But thanks for virtue signaling.

    • Rich Urbatchka

      March 19, 2026 at 6:44 am

Yes, the environment needs our help since we have done so much to damage it. While we’re here, I would like to live in a healthy environment. After we’re gone, as you say, is too late for us and future inhabitants of the earth. Until the evolution of the modern human, the earth had only to cope with natural events for flora and fauna to survive. With the advent of technology, in this case the industrial revolution, humankind has altered the natural balance of the earth. If you haven’t had the opportunity to study this, or read the studies by experts in the field, then I’m sure understanding the changes to our environment, especially the rate of the changes caused by us are difficult. I’m not a scientist, but college degrees in geography (weather and climate classes) and mathematics (interpreting the rate of change) as well as working in the environmental sciences for a mining company, allow me to better understand the relationship between humankind and it’s detrimental effect on the environment. If you had health issues, I’m sure you would seek the advice of an expert, a doctor, not ask just anyone’s opinion. So listen to the environmental experts about the health of the earth.
