High Eagle Minor Subdivision Approved by City Council

A resolution for the High Eagle Minor Subdivision was approved unanimously by the Sheridan City Council at this week’s business meeting. City Planner Kelly Schroeder said the property, located at 4101 and 4103 Yellowtail Drive, is zoned Gateway District and is governed by the Wrench Ranch Master Plan Phase Two and that it is located within the Mixed-Use area of the master plan.

Schroeder said that building setbacks, architectural standards, and landscaping requirements will all be addressed at the time of a building permit.
