Buffalo Council Awards Contract for Buffalo Business Park Sales

Buffalo’s City Council considered awarding the contract to sell lots in the Buffalo Business Park to Mark Wilson, RE/MAX in Buffalo.

Councilman Mike Madden asked about a 25% recapture that will go to the Wyoming Business Council with each lot sold in the business park, and Vice-Mayor Myra Camino and Councilman Scott Madsen explained further.

After some discussion with Wilson, the council voted to award the real estate contract for the business park to RE/Max Buffalo.
