Sheridan College to Offer Discounted Oil Changes to Support Technical Students

Sheridan College will be hosting a two-day oil change event this Friday and Saturday at the Technical Education Center on the college campus. Community members are invited to bring their vehicles either day between 8 am and 4 pm and follow the posted signs to the diesel lab. No appointment is necessary.

According to a release from Sheridan College, the event supports students in the college’s diesel technology, machine tool, and welding programs, providing them with hands-on experience while serving the community.

Oil change services are available for $25 for cars and pickup trucks, and $120 for semi-trucks. Customers will also need to cover the cost of oil and filters, which are provided at cost by Napa Auto Parts, or participants may bring their own supplies. While vehicles are being serviced, visitors are encouraged to take advantage of tours of the Technical Education Center and the Sheridan College campus.
