Sheridan HS Football: It’s playoff time in Wyoming High School football as 40 teams begin the quest for 1 of 5 state championships.

Of the 20 first round games being played today, 2 of them are in Sheridan County.

The Sheridan Broncs host Kelly Walsh, a team that they beat 37-20 in Casper, a little more than 1 month ago.

Although it was a win, the team was not pleased with the fact they were up 31-6 at halftime, and then took their foot off the gas pedal and let the Trojans close the gap.

Head Coach Jeff Mowry explains what problems Sheridan had in that game.

Kickoff is scheduled for 6pm.

You can watch a LIVE video stream of the game at sheridanmedia.com and on the Sheridan Media Facebook and youtube pages.

Shane Parker will have the LIVE radio play-by-play call on AM 1410 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

He adds the Panthers are historically disciplined with the way they play, and that usually makes up for what they lack in talent.
