Ron RichterThe Sheridan City Council at their regular business meeting Monday night will be considering a resolution authorizing the submission of a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan application in the amount of $1.9 million for the Northeast Transmission Main Extension Project. Under old business, the City Council will be considering second reading of an ordinance to rezone 38.3 acres of property located at 2323 East 5th Street in Sheridan from B-2 Business District to a Planned Unit Development. The proposal from the applicant, Story House Property Company, LLC, is for 84 residential lots, four mixed-use lots, and two open space lots for the first phase of the PUD. The City Council meeting is scheduled to take place Monday night at 7 in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
